INFRASTRUCTURE NSW
Infrastructure NSW developed a range of documents for their Gateway Review process and had been refining and testing the content over a six-month period.
We were engaged to update the design to fully reflect brand guidelines, improve its impact and provide cohesiveness across the suite of 75 documents.

GREATER SYDNEY COMMISSION
We worked with the Greater Sydney Commission to manage the production of the strategic plans for Greater Sydney – through multiple rounds of layout, editing, stakeholder reviews and approval for both the second exhibition period and final release.

URBAN CIRCUS
Having won a number of high-profile tenders, Urban Circus were looking to rapidly grow their second office and put new protocols in place that better suited a more sophisticated business. Over a six-month period we hired more than a dozen contract and full-time employees, established the framework for a talent management system and set up more detailed project reporting to suit their larger contracts.
